MDF
is the finest quality reconstituted wood panel product available
on the market. Its unique physical properties make it ideal for
a wide range of furniture, joinery, manufacturing, trade and building
applications.
MDF’s
homogenous fine texture, superior bond strength and inherent stability
allow precise and easy machining of panel faces creating endless
design and finished product opportunities. It’s uniform colour
and smooth surface also provides the perfect substrate for secondary
processing option including painting, direct printing, staining,
lamination foils and veneering

MDF
is available in range of densities to suit each specific application
whether it be low density for lightweight furniture construction
or high density for laminated flooring. Also moisture resistance
and formaldehyde emission levels can be adjusted to suit specific
application and project requirements. (see mdf properties)
The
MDF manufacturing process facilitates the availability of a wide
range of sheet sizes and thickness to suit all customer needs whether
